Erika Siliano will be the next associate principal of Echo Lake Elementary School. Siliano earned early childhood and special education degrees from Slippery Rock University and a Master of Education in Special Education from Columbus State University. She also holds a certification in educational leadership from JMU. Siliano began her career in education as an academic integrated services teacher at Ratcliffe Elementary School. Silliano served as a continuous school improvement plan coordinator in Hanover County before returning to HCPS in 2022 to work at Nuckols Farm Elementary School.
